Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Function 1
Deliver curriculum for developmental classes that blend biblical principles with employment readiness topics such as resume writing, interview skills, workplace ethics, and career planning.
Function 2
Create a nurturing and spiritually enriching classroom environment that encourages participants to grow in faith and practical skills.

Facilitate meaningful discussions and activities that promote reflection, personal growth, and application of biblical teachings to professional challenges.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants, fostering their personal and professional development.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Champion to assist our Developmental Class Instructor. As a Champion, you will play a crucial role in supporting the instructor and helping class participants navigate their educational journey. Your role is essential in creating a positive and enriching learning environment where participants can thrive spiritually and professionally.
Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Function 1
Assist the Developmental Instructor in preparing and organizing class materials and resources.
Function 2
Provide logistical support during class sessions, including setting up equipment, distributing materials, and managing attendance.

Facilitate small group activities and discussions under the guidance of the instructor.
Offer individual support and encouragement to class participants, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

Program Living Volunteer
Job Description
Position Title: Program Living Volunteer
Reports To: Stephanie Ketchey/Jonathan Gillard
Classification: Volunteer
Position Summary: We are looking for compassionate individuals to serve as Program Living Volunteers to support our residents through mentorship, fellowship, and biblical leadership. As a Program Living Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents by leading bible studies, providing mentorship, and fostering a supportive community environment.
Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Function 1
Lead weekly or bi-weekly bible study sessions for the residents.
Function 2
Serve as a mentor to program residents, meeting with them individually once or twice a week.
Other duties listed
Occasionally take residents out for lunch or participate in other social outings.
Provide meals and eat with the program residents to foster fellowship and community.
Serve as a biblical leader and role model for the residents, guiding them in spiritual growth and development.
Job Requirements:
Strong faith and commitment to Christian values.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Shuttle Driver

Position Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Shuttle Driver to transport passengers to and from their job sites in West End Bowling Green. Our shuttle service plays a vital role in providing affordable transportation options to our neighbors, helping them access employment opportunities and supporting our ministry efforts along the way.
Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Function 1
Safely operate the shuttle van to transport passengers to and from designated locations.
Function 2
Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking the shuttle.
Function 3
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle
Communicate effectively with passengers and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.
Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a commitment to serving others.
Ability to follow schedules and routes effectively.
